1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the rental of the three Hüttenchalets (“Chalets”) to guests for accommodation purposes, as well as to all related services and deliveries. Deviating terms and conditions of the guest shall not apply.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The rental agreement is concluded upon the guest’s booking and the subsequent booking confirmation issued by the lessor.
Bookings may be made via the website, by email, or through booking platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, and FeWo‑direkt.
3. Rental Properties and Use
Each chalet is equipped with a sauna, fireplace, and hot tub.
The maximum occupancy is three adult persons per chalet.
Pets are permitted in one designated chalet; pets are not allowed in the remaining chalets.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all chalets.
Use of the sauna and hot tub is included in the rental price.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
The rental price is based on the applicable price list or the offer displayed on the booking platform.
Payment is made in two steps:
• 50% deposit upon booking
• 50% remaining balance prior to arrival (deadline as stated in the booking confirmation)
Accepted payment methods:
Bank transfer, PayPal, credit card.
A security deposit is not required.
5. Cancellation and No‑Show
Payments already made are non‑refundable.
This also applies in the event of no‑show, late arrival, or early departure.
Guests are advised to take out their own travel cancellation insurance.
6. Arrival, Departure, and Access
• Check‑in: from 3:00 p.m.
• Check‑out: until 10:00 a.m.
Access to the chalet is provided via a door code, which replaces a physical key.
The code is generated prior to arrival, sent by email, and must be kept confidential.
7. Guest Obligations / House Rules
The guest agrees to treat the rental property with care and to report any damages immediately.
The guest is fully liable for any damages caused; costs will be invoiced afterwards.
Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. must be observed.
The maximum occupancy of three adult persons may not be exceeded.
Additional visitors or unregistered persons are not permitted in the chalet.
Pets are only allowed in the designated chalet.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all chalets.
8. Liability and Warranty
The lessor is liable only for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
The lessor assumes no liability for outages or restrictions caused by force majeure (e.g., power outages, storms, natural events).
The guest is liable for all accompanying persons registered under the booking.
The lessor assumes no liability for the guest’s valuables.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of handling the booking, fulfilling legal obligations, and communicating with the guest.
Data is only shared with third parties insofar as necessary for contract fulfillment (e.g., payment service providers) or if legally required.
The lessor implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data.
10. Final Provisions
German law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is—where legally permissible—the registered seat of the lessor.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
